  • Rodeo News is providing this service to enable sellers of western and rodeo products to find a market for their product; and to enable sellers to buy the many products that are available. This Agreement is in force beginning 06/05/2026. When you buy or sell products through Rodeo News, you agree to the following terms. Rodeo News may change these terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website.

    If you list a product for sale with Rodeo News, you agree to pay its fees and you are responsible for the listing. If you are selling a product, you may not use the services of Rodeo News unless you are able to deliver the product within seven days of purchase, unless unavoidable circumstances exist or you and the buyer agree otherwise. You must collect and pay all sales taxes. You must comply with the requirements of Rodeo News to ensure that Rodeo News receives its fee for its services. You must make satisfactory arrangement with Rodeo News for payment for products and for payment of the fees charged by Rodeo News. If you do not pay the fees charged by Rodeo News, it may take action to collect those fees. If Rodeo News chooses to use an attorney to collect those fees, you agree to be responsible to pay those attorney fees. Any civil action regarding any transaction must be brought in Larimer County, Colorado.

    If you are a buyer, you may not use the services of Rodeo News unless you are able to pay for your purchases as requested by the seller.

    Whether you are a buyer or a seller, if you do not comply with the terms of this agreement, or if you post inappropriate comments, Rodeo News may at any time and without notice suspend your right to use the services of Rodeo News. Whether you are a buyer or a seller, you agree that if any civil action is brought regarding the services of Rodeo News it will be brought in Larimer County, Colorado, and that you will be responsible for payment of all of Rodeo News’ attorney fees and costs, regardless of who is the prevailing party. Rodeo News does not guarantee the fitness, merchantability or usability of any product, or its delivery. Rodeo News does not guarantee payment for any product. All transactions which use the services of Rodeo News are strictly between the buyers and seller. All payments by sellers must be made directly to buyers. Rodeo News will not decide who is right or wrong in any dispute. Whether you have a dispute with a buyer or a seller, you agree that you release Rodeo News from any claim for damage. You agree that you use the services of Rodeo News as is.

    You agree not to hold Rodeo News liable for its NEGLIGENCE or for any other reason. If a court of law should find that Rodeo News is liable to you or to any third person for any injury or damage, you agree that the limit of your damage will be either the fee paid to Rodeo News for the transaction in question or five dollars, whichever is less.

    Rodeo News retains 20% of the total sale price, releasing 80% of the total purchase to the vendor.
  • In order to receive payment from us, you are required to have a Paypal account on record with us for distribution of funds.
